Royal Enfield has launched Scram 411 at ₹2.03 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. The Scram is a scrambler-styled motorcycle based on Royal Enfield Himalayan and is suited for touring and urban commute. But given that it is based on Himalayan, the Scram 411 is a robust motorcycle capable of negotiating tough terrains, albeit not as well as its ADV sibling. The Indian two-wheeler maker has started accepting orders for the Scram 411 in India and the deliveries are expected to commence soon. The latest Royal Enfield bike is based on the same platform that underpins Himalayan and the two bikes have several mechanical similarities.
