Coverage:
• Warranty period is 3 years with unlimited mileage. (From Euro 5 models)
• Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only.
Warranty activation:The Warranty Period begins from the date of retail sales invoice of the Motorcycle to the first owner or registered as Demo Motorcycle. The retail invoice date is considered as the start date for the Warranty Period. Once the Warranty Period has begun, it cannot be stopped or interrupted.
Exclusions:
• Normal wear and tear, ageing, deterioration or rusting of parts.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, accidents, or misuse.
• Parts sourced from non-authorized channels or inferior parts.
• Damage caused by external factors such as smoke, bird droppings, scratches, etc.
Repairs:
• Warranty repairs should be carried out only at authorized Channel Partners.
• Only Royal Enfield Genuine Parts should be used for replacements.
• Warranty repairs are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Other Terms:
• Customers must adhere to recommended services and use genuine parts to be eligible for warranty.
• Royal Enfield has the right to approve, disapprove or reject any warranty claim submitted by Channel Partners.
