    Booking a tour on Royal Enfield Tours is easy and hassle-free. Begin by entering the location you would like to start your tour from, a destination you would like to ride to followed by the month & year. This will take you to a tour listing page. Click on the tour of your choice and view all the necessary details. Select the package cost and click on “book now.” Choose your preferred date for the Tour, Enter the rider(s) details and other necessary information. Finally, make the payment. 

    To be able to ride during a tour, a customer needs to have a valid Indian driving license. If you are not an Indian citizen, a customer is required to have a valid International driving license, copy of passport and Visa, and overseas Travel insurance as well.

    There is a certain level of unpredictability associated with any tour. Such is the nature of adventure. The refunds are issued only if the customer cancels the tour before the tour start date and basis the individual Tour operator’s cancellation policy. No refunds will be given in case a customer faces unfavorable weather conditions after the start of the tour. We strongly recommend checking the weather forecast, the unpredictability level, and the risks involved during the tour before booking and preparing accordingly.

    In case your booking was successful, you will have received a confirmation email carrying the booking details on your registered email. Alternatively, you can also find the confirmation details under” My Account > My Trips > Upcoming Trips. If you cannot find the confirmation details or are unsure of the booking status, call our customer care at 1800 210 0008 and explain the issue. 

    Since you can book multiple tours with different operators in a single booking, multiple OTPs allow you to start tours independently of each other. Additionally, it will enable each of the riders to start their individual tour after a thorough check of their ride and independent of each other. 

    We need each rider's contact information to share with them the OTP to start their respective tours with the tour partner. Apart from that, we will also share your contact details with the partner 24 hours before the tour start time. This will enable the partner to coordinate with you during arrival and later. 

    The Emergency contact detail of a rider is the first point of contact the partner/ medical personnel will get in touch with in case of an emergency or mishap.

    It is mandatory to give the emergency contact details for each of the riders. The required person will communicate with the Emergency contact person only in case of an emergency.

    Yes, you can cancel the booking for a single rider. To do that, go to My Account > My Trips > Upcoming > Click on “view details” of the booking you want to cancel > Scroll down and click on “cancel booking” > Choose the rider you want to cancel the booking for > Tick on the reason for cancellation > Submit.

    In the case of a foreigner, a customer is required to have a valid International driving license, valid passport, and Visa. You need to have overseas Travel insurance as well.

    You can join a tour on your Royal Enfield only if the particular tour has the option “Bring your own motorcycle” available. You can view this information on the Tour details page.

    You will have to report to the Tour partner at the point and time mentioned in your itinerary. Additionally, we will also be sharing your details with the Tour partner 24 hours before the tour start date and vice versa.

    A customer doesn't need any document for the booking, per se, but to ride during the tour, the rider will have to show and submit a copy of a valid Indian driving license. In some cases, the rider and pillion will also have to submit their gov. ids to obtain various permits during the tour. In the case of a foreigner, the rider needs to have a valid International driving license, a copy of passport and visa, and international travel insurance.

    Most of the Tours will have a back-up vehicle with a mechanic for the duration of the tour. However, it is not a mandate or may not be the case for every tour listed on the platform. We advise you to check the details of the tour thoroughly before booking. You could also check the “inclusions” given on the tour details to know more about what’s included and what’s not.

    A Tour may or may not have medical assistance during the ride. It also depends on the nature of the tour. We advise you to check the details of the tour thoroughly before booking. You could also check the “inclusions” given on the tour details to know more about what’s included and what’s not.

    We will not be issuing refunds in such a scenario. The refunds are issued only if the customer cancels the tour before the tour start date and basis the individual Tour operator’s cancellation policy

    While making the booking you will be presented with different accommodation options available for the tour. In case you opt for double or triple occupancy, you could be sharing a room with anyone on the tour. However, in case you are a rider with a pillion, you will have an additional option to share the room with the pillion. Also, in case you are a female rider, you will have an option to share the room with the same gender.

    The accommodation options depend on the nature of the tour. The tour could have anything from a five-star hotel to camping on certain days. We advise you to check the accommodation type under the Tour details page before booking.

    We recommend the riders and pillion to be geared up well for any tour irrespective of the nature of the tour. Riding gear is designed for abrasion resistance and is armored against impacts on your joints and spine. Riding Gear protects you not only in case of an eventuality but from sun, rain, wind, and much more.

    Each tour will have a unique tour guide. You can check for the languages spoken by the Tour guide under the Tour details section.

    No, there is no security deposit needed for renting a ride on Royal Enfield Tours.

    The Tour rates are defined directly by the Tour partner for each of the listed tours.

    You need to pay for the Tour at the time of booking.

    The cancellation and late return policies are different for different tour partners. The policies are defined directly by the tour partners for their tours. You can find the partner's cancellation policy on the tour details page under the “Keep in Mind” section.

    To download the invoice of a completed trip, go to the My Account > My trips > Completed Trips. Then, click on the “download invoice” link given next to each of your completed tours.

    You can cancel your tour anytime on or before your tour start date. However, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the charges defined by your tour partner in the cancellation policy. We advise you to check the partner's cancellation policy before canceling to help you make an informed decision.

    Usually, it takes any time between 3-10 working days to receive a refund. If you have not received a refund within ten days, please call our customer care and report the issue.

    If you are unsure of the status of your booking, check your profile section or registered email ID for any booking confirmation messages. However, if you are sure that the booking was unsuccessful, we request you to check with your respective bank for the deducted amount. In such cases, usually, the deducted amount gets refunded from the bank within seven working days.

    The Value Added Services (VAS) are the additional services provided by the tour partners at an additional cost. These are unique to each Tour Partner. Under VAS, you can rent riding gear, and accessories, choose pick-up and drop services, etc

    You need to pay directly to the Tour partner at the time of ride collection for all the value added services.

    The services/items under VAS are subject to availability. We will be providing you with the partner's contact details 24 hours before the ride start time. You are advised to call the partner directly to confirm the availability of the VAS services. To be on the safer side, we suggest you make alternate arrangements as well.

    Yes, you can rent riding gear and other riding accessories under the Value Added Services. The services are, however, subject to availability. Please check with the operator for pricing, sizes, etc.

    You are requested to check out VAS offered by the tour partner. Keeping safety in view, we strongly recommend you carry your helmet specific to your head size.
