The registration fee includes:
Before the ride
● Limited edition Himalayan Adventure T-Shirts / Jerseys, stickers and luggage tags.
During the Ride
● The all new Royal Enfield Himalayan.
● Lodging arrangements on a twin sharing basis.
● Meals as mentioned in the day wise itinerary.
● Back-up support.
● Luggage vehicle.
● Medical assistance throughout the ride.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
Riders will be responsible for paying for their own fuel, meals and snacks and anything else not listed as included in the package.

THINGS TO KNOW
SERVICE
Service Back-Up – we will have a mechanic traveling along with some basic spares. If needed, parts may be replaced and the rider will be charged for the same. We will do our best to help with the motorcycle, but each rider is responsible for bringing their motorcycle home.
REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION
The ride participation is limited to 15 participants. Royal Enfield reserves the right to decline any registration at their discretion. The candidate is confirmed after the payment is completed and due documents are processed and approved by the Rides Team at Royal Enfield. Further to this there will be a gear and document scrutiny conducted on the date of the check-in which is mandatory.
Please note that registrations once confirmed, will be non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
