Eligibility : 

This ride is open for all Adventure Enthusiasts up to the age of 60 as on 1st MAY 2025.

RULES OF THE ROAD

We try to keep rules and regulations to the minimum unless necessary for the harmony and safety of every individual in the group. However, we expect the few that we have, to be followed very strictly, failing which we may exclude that particular participant from the rest of the trip.

Forfeiture of the Ride
We understand if you feel unable to complete the ride due to injury or other reasons. In such cases if evacuating you becomes a primary concern, we will arrange for the evacuation. However, the participant is liable to pay for additional transport charges of the motorcycle and self (if applicable).

Intoxication:
We do not allow any form of intoxication while on the motorcycle during Himalayan Adventure EBC 2025. This condition will result in the immediate stoppage of your ride and subsequent cancellation without refund.

Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that preserves their dignity and others' around them, including other participants, support staff and locals of the region. Any sort of sloganeering related to any caste, sect, group etc is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with immediate expulsion from the ride.

Environmental responsibility:
We must try and ensure that we maintain the sanctity of the region we are passing through in a bid to #leaveeveryplacebetter .

Medical advice:
If you are under medical treatment, we expect you to follow the medical advice very strictly.

Law & Order implications
Any sort of sloganeering related to any caste, sect, group etc is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with immediate expulsion from the ride. Any participant getting into any law and order situation due to personal action or behavior will have no liability on Royal Enfield and the individual would be responsible for his/her consequences. This is paramount as Tibet has some preset rules that will be informed to you in advance. Please get in touch with us at rides@royalenfield.com if you have any doubts regarding, messaging and visible tattoos that may disqualify you beforehand.

Satellite luggage (to be carried on the motorcycle at all times)

Participants should be able to access their luggage after reaching the destination. hence your satellite luggage carried on the motorcycle should consist of:

1. Ample amount of drinking water.
2. Energy bars/ biscuits.
3. First aid kit
4. A set of change clothes
5. A pair of footwear
6. Warm clothes - as you might experience cold weather conditions.

Mandatory Motorcycle Riding Gear:

● Full face helmet / Off-Road Helmet
● Riding boots / waterproof Ankle length boots (Quechua / Woodland / similar shoes are not allowed)
● Full sleeves riding jacket with protectors 
● Full Gloves ( preferably waterproof )
● Riding Pants / Knee guards
● Rain Gear
