Important Note:
Due to the extreme high altitude that participants are bound to face, this ride has a criteria of maximum age limit of 60 years as on 01 May 2025 keeping in mind the overall safety of the participants.
Please take care that if you do not meet this criteria, please do not proceed with registration for the ride.
Documents are mandatory for the ride.
- Valid Driving license.
- Passport with tourist visa to Nepal. For entry into Tibet, it is mandatory to have an entry stamp of Nepal on your passport. It is also mandatory to have sufficient pages left on your passport for Chinese Visa Stamping.
- Passport Size Photographs.
- Identity document for Age Proof.
- Any denial of visa due to insufficiencies of documentation / impropriety of passport will not be granted a refund.
- Ex or serving Armed Forces personnel will not get entry into Tibet
Important Note :
The issue of a Chinese entry visa by road is a complicated process and sometimes, despite our best efforts, a Chinese visa may not be issued to participants. In such an event, the participant would have to return from Kathmandu. In this case alone, a registration refund will be processed in 30 working days.
IIn the above case, the refund value will be:
For Indian Participants : INR 2,00,000/-
For Non-Indian Participants : USD 2600
Medical Documents Requirements
● Mediclaim Card: Mandatory to have a personal medical insurance card with a minimum coverage of INR 2 lakhs, valid for the entire duration of the trip.
● Medical Certificate: A certificate signed by yourself and attested by a registered medical practitioner, confirming no cardiovascular disease.
● Medication List: A full list of medications being taken, to be produced at check-in.
● Consultation: It is advisable to consult Royal Enfield Ride Leads before registering if medications are within allowed limits for this ride.
● TMT (Treadmill Test): Mandatory for all registered participants. Registration will be cancelled if failed in TMT.
STATUTORY WARNING
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS TO ENSURE THAT ALL THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER BEFORE THEY REGISTER FOR THE RIDE. ANY DISCREPANCY BASED ON DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN FULL CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND.
