Briefing and Scrutiny Check in by 1100 hours in Leh. Followed by a quick gear check and ride briefing.

Acclimatization On this day we will acclimatize to the altitude in Leh.

Leh to Drass The ride is on smooth tarmac all the way to Drass. This road takes us further down in elevation from Leh to our destination for the day.

Drass to Rangdum While the day starts on good tarmac roads from Drass, we will then turn into an offbeat path to reach our destination for the day. This is the day when the adventure truly starts.

Rangdum to Padum This day’s ride will be a test for the riders. On this day, the team crosses another pass in Penzi La (14435 ft) which offers magnificent views of the Drang Drung Glacier

Padum to Shinku La to Zangla On this day the team will traverse some treacherous terrain to reach Shinku La and return via most of the same route to Zangla. It is known for its monastery which is believed to be built in the 11th century.

Zangla to Photoksar Crossing the Lingshed village, the ride goes alongside the Zanskar river for most part of the day, passing through hamlets and small villages of the Zanskar Valley.

Photoksar to Leh This will be the last day of riding, a little off road but mostly on tarmac. The notable point for the day is the Zanskar and Indus Confluence point which the riders will be able to spot, on the way to Leh
