You get all the convenience of owning and riding a motorcycle without the commitments that come with it. You can choose from flexible finance tenures, with an EMI (Equated Monthly Instalments) along with the cashback at the time of return.

It's surprisingly easy. All you have to do is visit a Royal Enfield store near you in the mentioned cities or the website. You can then choose a motorcycle and a finance tenure that suits your preferences through the ABB program. Submit the required documents. Once approved, pay and ride out on your new Royal Enfield motorcycle.

To meet the eligibility criteria, you must:

1. Be a resident of India
2. Be 18 years old or above
3. Own a valid Driver's License
4. Require simple documentation

Delivery of the motorcycle under the program depends on the timely collection of documents and their verification along with motorcycle availability.

Initially, you need to pay the downpayment for the motorcycle you have finalised. Thereafter, you have to pay the EMI on a monthly basis. For details, please refer to the Assured Buyback (ABB) section in www.royalenfield.com for indicative model wise EMI details.

Assured Buyback (ABB) program offers a flexible tenure of 12, 24 and 36 months.

Motorcycles are registered in the name of the customer. At present, the Assured Buyback (ABB) program is for individuals only.

You do not need to pay any security deposit for the ABB program, All you need to pay is the downpayment and rest of the amount through EMI.

Yes, you can modify your booking and avail the Assured Buyback (ABB) program.

Applicable charges on foreclosure depend on the tenure completed at the time of your request, condition of the vehicle and usage. Please refer to the Policy Document (Customer Agreement) and T&Cs to know more.

Yes. 12 months of extension is possible, you need to request 30 days prior to the end of the initial ABB period. Our finance partner ascertains the possibility of an extension and confirms it to you within 15 days of the request. Upon extension, you need to pay the same EMI for the next 12 months.

At present reducing your ABB period depends on the lock-in period and the possibilities to reschedule your EMI fee.

The minimum lock-in period is for 6 Months. This is the fixed non-cancellation period during which you are not permitted to cancel the ABB.

Yes, you can return with applicable charges as per the T&C in the policy document and Customer Agreement.

All Royal Enfield motorcycles listed on the website are available under the ABB program.

All motorcycles are new in condition.

Yes, you can select the colour and model of the motorcycle and also personalize it through Royal Enfield’s Make it Yours (MiY) configurator.

At the end of the ABB period customers are eligible to return their motorcycle. However, a physical evaluation is carried out by Royal Enfield/finance partner to ensure the buy-back price. The price varies for motorcycles and each ABB tenure. Pricing is based on multiple factors like depreciation, future estimated resale price, usage, maintenance etc.

The booking and payment processes can be initiated on the Royal Enfield website. On request, the motorcycle can be delivered at your doorstep.

Cancellation of booking is allowed subject to booking terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to Customer Agreement

Monthly Payments can be made through an online auto-debit mechanism from your bank account for the tenure of the ABB.

All you need to pay each month is a monthly EMI & also you need to take care of the maintenance of the motorcycle while using it during the ABB tenure.

You get to fix the payment date in the 1st month. Thereafter, the payments are scheduled on the same day for the entire subscription period.

In case of default in payment of subscription fee beyond 7 (seven) days from the due date as per the schedule, you will be liable to pay an interest 18% (Eighteen percent) for the delay time. The delay time shall start from the due date.

The customer is required to bear the insurance claim filing and disallowance charges.

The customer is required to bear all parking and interstate taxes if any, fines/challans.

All maintenance needs to be taken care of by the customer at our authorised Royal Enfield workshop. You can opt for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or labour AMC while purchasing the motorcycle.

No, It is not allowed to use your motorcycle for commercial purpose.

Permitted usage is 1500 kms per month. In case of excess usage, INR 1.5 per km is chargeable at the end of the ABB period. (Excess usage charge is applicable on total usage and not on a monthly basis).

All the scheduled and unscheduled services are covered under the platinum AMC. Please check with the dealership while buying a motorcycle & opting for AMC along with the ABB program. AMC is additionally charged as per the package.

Motorcycles are covered under a comprehensive insurance policy. Damages are covered as per the insurance policy and you are required to pay only the amount not covered by the insurance, along with the filing charges.

Any instance where the insurance company refuses/rejects to pay for damages it believes has been caused by irresponsible riding. For example, drinking & riding, minors riding, riding without a valid driver's license at the time of the accident etc., all as per the insurance policy.

Yes, pick up & drop facilities are available. Please check with the nearest Royal Enfield dealership for the same.

In case of an unfortunate event, please notify us immediately to help you through the next steps. We help you coordinate with road-side assistance and insurance. Unless unavoidable, please do not leave the place of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to file/sign formality documents associated with the accident.

Royal Enfield Service is available across India and you can avail motorcycle servicing across any authorised Royal Enfield service centre under the ABB program. However, you need to intimate us a day before so that a seamless process can be carried out.

RSA is provided by Royal Enfield and it is part of the ABB program. Details are provided in the Customer Agreement.

Towing & RSA are provided by Royal Enfield. As per the insurance policy, towing and RSA charges are covered.

Notify the insurance partner to assist you with the repair of your motorcycle. It will be taken care of by Royal Enfield service centre under insurance coverage.

You need to immediately notify the ABB Partner via email on the ID shared in the ABB agreement. Please share the specifics of the theft with details, and lodge a complaint/First Information Report with the nearest police station. Your liability in case of a theft is the difference between the Book Value and the insurance settlement amount, or the entire Book Value due to negligence or as mentioned in the Customer Agreement.

Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage due to misuse and negligent driving will be chargeable.

You can ride within Indian geographical limits. Government RTO rules & regulations are to be followed.

Modifications are allowed as per the RTO & warranty norms of the motorcycle.

Replacement motorcycle is an optional service and can be availed at extra cost. Finance partners can facilitate this service.

At the end of the ABB period, you can opt for the ABB program with any other new Royal Enfield motorcycle.

You have the option to retain the same motorcycle at the end of the ABB period. You have to inform us 30 days prior to work out the difference of amount to be paid for or you continue paying for another 12 months.
