JD Custom Co. (est 2014) is a result of the desire to learn the process of building motorcycles. It all started with experimenting with old school bike building methods, anything with bare hands and minimal tools or creating our own tools as per the process demanded, these early experiences taught us a great deal. We have evolved our processes by bringing together the old school methods & modern technology to expand our capabilities, to design and build anything and everything in house. Our approach to build everything in-house has prompted us to learn about new technologies and develop machinery that enables us to build motorcycles and parts which exemplify quality & craftsmanship. Throughout our journey, whether it’s building a handmade fuel tank from sheet metal or rendering 3D parts or machining them on CNC or VMC machines, we have gone through it all and still are trying to expand our expertises and capabilities to achieve the best results. Our passion to build our own motorcycles has led us to develop the Bolt-On Kits/Parts, we wanted our fellow riders to enjoy the process of building and customising something unique. Our kits are aimed not only to provide our customers with well designed functional and affordable parts, but to give them the pleasure to learn, build and customize their motorcycles as per their interests. Based on this philosophy we have created our range of Bolt-On Kits /Parts for Royal Enfield models. Our custom parts & Bolt-On Kits are easy to fit and do not require any welding, cutting or chopping. Our kits are truly a customisable option, as it enables motorcyclists to pick & choose parts variants as per their choice and most importantly ‘Do it themselves’.
