License & Personal Documents:
● Driving License: Riders should have a valid driving license permitted to ride a geared motorcycle in India for the duration of the trip.
● International participants need an IDP (International Drivers Permit) on their person at all times during the ride.
● Passport with Indian Visa valid for the duration of the ride (for International participants only)
● Registration Certificate, Insurance & PUC: Original Vehicle Registration, PUC, Tax and Insurance certificate valid for the duration of the trip. (Not applicable for international participants)
● Identity proof in the form of Aadhar Card for Indian Participants.
Medical documents
● Mediclaim card: Personal Medical Insurance card (Mediclaim) of a minimum of INR 2 lakhs is mandatory and should be valid for the duration of the trip.
● Full list of medications to be produced at the time of Check-in (if taking any). It is advisable to consult Royal Enfield Ride Leads before registering if the medications are within allowed limits for this ride. This will avoid a later hassle if cancellation has to be incurred in this regard.
STATUTORY WARNING
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS TO ENSURE THAT ALL THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER BEFORE THEY REGISTER FOR THE RIDE. ANY DISCREPANCY ON THE BASIS OF DOCUMENTS OR ILL HEALTH AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN, WILL RESULT IN FULL CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND.

Royal Enfield will not be responsible for any disruption to your ride due to you failing to carry these documents or your loss of these documents. All additional direct and indirect costs incurred by the participant to replace documents or because they cannot continue with the tour are borne by the participant and refunds will not be made for any part of the tour missed. Carry the following items with you throughout your ride (give us a copy as well for record) in case the authorities want to inspect it during the ride. Please inspect again to see that your documents are valid for the duration of the ride.
Please note : Non Indian passport holders may not be allowed by the government to visit Tanot Temple and Longewala War Memorial.
