REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Registration Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the on-line registration process for the opportunity to purchase a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 through the registration website located at https://www.royalenfield.com/us/en/bullet-350/ (referred to herein as the “Website,” which also includes all associated content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Royal Enfield North America Limited (“Royal Enfield”), as of the date Customer accepts these Terms by checking the box provided below.
CUSTOMERS SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS. They contain obligations Customer is expected to comply with, and affect Customer’s legal rights. By using the Website to submit a registration, Customer is creating a binding contract between Customer and Royal Enfield, and Customer acknowledges that Customer has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If Customer does not agree to these Terms or to any other policy posted on the Website, Customer should not submit a registration.
1. Registration and Sale Process:
a. Royal Enfield is inviting registrations from potential retail customers within US for the opportunity to purchase one of the first (100) one-hundred new 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycles. Registration will be open to retail customers beginning at 1:00 PM EDT on January 31st, 2024 and continuing while supplies last (the “Registration Period”). To be eligible for an opportunity to purchase a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle, Customer must register on the Website during the Registration Period. Registrations will only remain open during the Registration Period.
b. Registration for the opportunity to purchase a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle entails the following procedures, terms, and conditions:
● Using the “Pre-Order” feature of the Website, Customer must provide the requested information, including name, address and contact information, and select a Royal Enfield dealership for purchase and delivery of the 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle.
● A Customer has seven days from a successful “Pre-Order” in which they receive email confirmation via email prompting them to place a deposit with their selected dealership. Failure to place a deposit with the dealership will result in the loss of reservation. The deposit amount required by the customer will depend on the dealerships discretion.
● Upon submission of the registration form, the Customer will receive an e-mail communication from Royal Enfield confirming the status of the Customer’s registration and whether the Customer is on the Reservation List or Waiting List. Receipt of the registration confirmation email shall not be considered as confirmation of a purchase. A purchase will occur only upon payment in full of the price of the 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle to the Royal Enfield dealership selected by the Customer and the fulfillment by the Customer of regarding any other term and condition required to the purchase of a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle.
● The Customer will then be contacted by his or her selected Royal Enfield dealer for confirming the registration to execute the purchase of the 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle. The Customer must respond in writing to the dealer within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the dealer’s communication and comply with the dealer’s documentation and payment terms within seven (7) days of the email communication from Royal Enfield, failing to do so shall invalidate the existing reservation and that unit will become available to the next customer on the Waiting List.
● In the event of any cancellation of a registration, customers on the Waiting List will be contacted by their respective selected Royal Enfield dealers in the order the registrations were received. The dealer will request that the Waiting List Customer confirm his or her registration, and the dealer will provide information to the Customer for executing a purchase of the 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle.
● If a Customer on the Waiting List is contacted by his or her selected Royal Enfield dealer, the Customer must comply with the dealer’s documentation and payment terms within seven days of the dealer’s communication, failing which the registration shall be considered canceled.
● If a Customer fails to timely provide complete and correct registration details and documents and pay the purchase price within the required time period, the Customer’s registration shall be deemed canceled.
A. The Customer acknowledges that the colors and textures of the 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle as they appear on the Website may vary from those on actual Motorcycles.
B. Royal Enfield anticipates that the 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 will be delivered to a given dealer within 100 days after that dealer receives full payment from the Customer.
C. All registrations shall be non-transferable. Only one registration shall be permitted per Customer.
D. Each Customer is eligible to register for the opportunity to purchase a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle only in the province in which he or she resides, by choosing the relevant city from the drop-down list available on the Website.
3. Warranty:
Each 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle shall have the standard manufacturer’s limited warranty of three years from the date of purchase.
4. Reservation Eligibility:
Customer must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of US to make a reservation to purchase a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350. By agreeing to these Terms, Customer represents, warrants, and agrees that Customer: (a) is an individual, and is at least 18 years old, (b) is using his or her actual identity, (c) is a resident of US, (d) has provided only true, accurate, current, and complete information to Royal Enfield, and (e) will maintain and promptly update the information that Customer provides to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
The 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle is being made available for sale by Royal Enfield dealers in US solely to end user customers for their personal use in US. By making a reservation, Customer also represents and warrants that Customer is not purchasing with a view toward resale, for anti-competitive purposes, or otherwise in bad faith.
If Royal Enfield or an authorized Royal Enfield dealership determines, in its sole discretion, that Customer is ineligible to register for a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle, or Royal Enfield is unable to verify Customer’s eligibility, Royal Enfield may cancel Customer’s registration at any time.
5. Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel the registration at any time prior to payment of the purchase price for the 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle to their selected, authorized Royal Enfield dealership.
Upon the cancellation of a registration for any reason, including for the failure of a Customer to (a) respond within the required timeframe, (b) make timely payment of the purchase price, or (c) submit the required information for purchase, Royal Enfield shall have the right to offer the opportunity to purchase a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle to the next Customer on the Waiting List.
If a 2024 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Motorcycle is not deliverable for any reason, the registration for such vehicle shall be deemed canceled and Royal Enfield shall have no liability to the Customer.
5. Privacy Policy; Terms of Use:
Customer’s use of the Website is also governed by Royal Enfield’s Privacy Policy and website Terms of Use, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and available on Royal Enfield’s website at:

6. Disclaimer:
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES, AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT:
ROYAL ENFIELD ATTEMPTS TO DISPLAY ALL CONTENT CUSTOMER VIEWS ON THE WEBSITE AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, ROYAL ENFIELD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF SUCH CONTENT, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OR RESULTING FROM CUSTOMER’S RELIANCE THEREON.
IN THE EVENT OF AN ERROR ON THE WEBSITE, IN A REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION, IN PROCESSING A REGISTRATION, OR OTHERWISE, ROYAL ENFIELD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT THE ERROR AND REVISE CUSTOMER’S REGISTRATION ACCORDINGLY, OR TO CANCEL CUSTOMER’S REGISTRATION. THE WEBSITE MAY CONTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN EVERY LOCATION. A REFERENCE TO A PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE DOES NOT IMPLY OR GUARANTEE THAT IT IS OR WILL BE AVAILABLE IN CUSTOMER’S LOCATION.
EXCEPT FOR ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY INCLUDED WITH THE PRODUCTS ROYAL ENFIELD SELLS, THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “WHERE AVAILABLE” BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROYAL ENFIELD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT WILL ROYAL ENFIELD BE LIABLELIABILE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE FAILURE. IN ADDITION, ROYAL ENFIELD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS AND DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM INCONVENIENCE, DELAY, OR LOSS OF USE) THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, THE INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE UPON, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT OR ANY REGISTRATION PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF THERE IS NEGLIGENCE BY ROYAL ENFIELD OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES, AND EVEN IF ROYAL ENFIELD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CERTAIN OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMER TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW A PARTICULAR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law; Choice of Forum:
Please read the following section carefully, because it limits the manner in which a customer can seek relief from us.
The laws of the State of Wisconsin (without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles) govern all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with Customer’s reservation and/or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court having proper jurisdiction located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
