Please read and accept the following Terms and Conditions before participating in the ‘Shotgun Icon Edition’ sale and registering for purchasing the Motorcycles. These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Eicher Motors Limited (“Royal Enfield”), as of the date Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided below.
Royal Enfield is offering for sale 25 brand new limited edition Royal Enfield Icon Shotgun 650 Motorcycles for Customers in the EMEA region i.e. UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Turkey, Greece, Portugal, and Czech Republic. By registering through www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/shotgun-icon-edition for participating in the Flash Sale and purchasing the Motorcycles, the Customer accepts the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Definitions:
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions,
(a) ‘Booking Fees’ shall mean a deposit to secure the order, to be agreed with the dealer chosen by the Customer.
(b) ‘Customer’ shall mean a customer who, for the purposes of participating in the Flash Sale and purchasing a Motorcycle, registers himself/herself on the Website.
(c) ‘Motorcycle’ shall mean one of the 25 numbers of limited edition Royal Enfield Icon Shotgun 650 Motorcycles that can be viewed on www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/shotgun-icon-edition. Please note that 25 is the total number of Motorcycles available in all the countries combined, the actual number of motorcycles available in each country may vary.
(d) ‘Website’ shall mean www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/shotgun-icon-edition.
(e) ‘Registration Period’ shall mean the period between 07:30 A.M. GMT (on 6th February 2025) and 02:30 P.M. GMT (on 12th February 2025).
(f) ‘Flash Sale’ shall mean the online booking of Motorcycle for sale, which will be conducted during the Flash Sale Period only till the stock lasts.
(g) ‘Flash Sale Period’ shall mean the period starting from 3:00 P.M. GMT (on 12th February 2025) till stocks last.
2. Registration Process:
(a) Royal Enfield is inviting registrations for participating in the Flash Sale of 25 brand new limited edition Royal Enfield Icon Shotgun 650 Motorcycles.
(b) In order to be eligible for participating in the Flash Sale and purchasing the Motorcycle, Customer shall register himself/herself on www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/shotgun-icon-edition during the Registration Period.
(c) Registration for participating in the Flash Sale shall remain open till the end of the Registration Period.
(d) Registration, as mentioned above, does not require any payment by the Customer (advance or otherwise) towards purchase of the Motorcycles.
(e) Customer must check the applicable ex-showroom price of the Motorcycle before registering. The price of the Motorcycle applicable for each Customer shall be the relevant ex-showroom price of the Motorcycle in the city/state/country of delivery, as may be chosen by the Customer.
(f) Customer acknowledges that the colors/textures as they appear on the Website may vary from those on actual Motorcycles.
(g) During registration, the Customer will select his/her Country, zip code, nearest Royal Enfield dealer and size of jacket, so that registration can be accordingly processed and completed.
(h) Upon submission of the registration form, Customer will receive an e-mail communication confirming the status of registration and a unique ID code for participating in the Flash Sale.
(i) Receipt of registration confirmation e-mail shall not be considered as booking confirmation.
3. Flash Sale Process:
(a) Customer must participate in the Flash Sale using their e-mail ID and unique ID code received along with the registration confirmation e-mail.
(b) Upon participation in the Flash Sale, Customer will receive an e-mail communication confirming whether the Customer falls in the ‘Winners List’ (i.e. the first 25 Customers in the relevant region) or ‘Reserve List’ (i.e. remaining Customers).
(c) E-mail communication received by the Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’ will also stipulate details of the Booking Fees and final price payable for the Motorcycle at the selected dealership along with the details of documents required for purchase.
(d) Successful Customers who book the Motorcycle(s) during Flash Sale will have to pay the Booking Fees with respect to such Motorcycle, at the chosen dealership, within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the winner list confirmation e-mail.
(e) For the Customers forming part of the ‘Reserve List’, the status confirmation e-mail will mention that they are in the ‘Reserve List’ and shall be offered an opportunity to purchase the Motorcycle in the event of any cancellation by the Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’.
(f) Customers forming part of the ‘Winners List’ will be given the first opportunity to purchase the Motorcycles and in the event of any cancellation by any of them or failure to pay the Booking Fees within the stipulated time, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be given the opportunity in the order of their participation in the Flash Sale.
(g) Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’ will be contacted by their chosen nearest Royal Enfield dealer, for initiating the booking and executing the sale.
(h) Customers must respond to the dealer within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving e-mail communication, failing which such ‘Winner List’ Customer will be replaced by a Customer in the ‘Reserve List’.
(i) In the event of any cancellation (due to non-responsiveness or any other reason) by the Customers who form part of the ‘Winners List’, Customers in the ‘Reserve List’ will be contacted by their respective chosen Royal Enfield dealer(s) for initiating the booking and executing the sale.
(j) Customers contacted by the Royal Enfield dealer(s), pursuant to booking, are required to make the payment for the Motorcycle at such dealership(s) and shall ensure that the same is received / realised by such Royal Enfield dealership.
(k) In case the Customer fails to make the payment for the Motorcycle price within the stipulated time, the booking shall be deemed cancelled.
(l) Sale shall be considered executed subject to complete payment of the price of Motorcycle to the Royal Enfield dealer of Customer’s chosen country/state and upon fulfilment of other requirements as may be applicable to purchase of Motorcycle in the country chosen by the Customer (during registration).
(m) On receipt of the price of the Motorcycle, Royal Enfield will make its best endeavour to deliver the Motorcycle to the dealership selected by the Customer within a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days.
(n) The Customer must submit all the requisite documents to the dealer for registration, insurance etc. at the time of invoicing i.e. at the time of payment of Motorcycle price.
(o) If the Customer fails to provide complete and correct registration details and documents along with the Motorcycle price within the stipulated period, booking shall be deemed cancelled.
(p) The Motorcycle will be delivered to Customer only on completion of transfer of registration in the name of the Customer.
(q) The relevant dealer shall inform the Customer when the Motorcycle is available for delivery.
(r) All bookings shall be non-transferable.
(s) Only one booking shall be permitted per Customer.
(t) Each Customer is eligible to book a Motorcycle only from the country in which he/she resides, by choosing the relevant country from the drop-down list available on the Website.
4. Warranty:
(a) The Motorcycle shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty of three (03) years from the date of purchase or unlimited Kms (borderless), whichever is earlier.
5. Cancellation Policy:
(a) If Customer, at any time after booking, cancels such booking or fails to make payment of the Motorcycle Booking Fees or final price at the chosen Royal Enfield dealership, the booking shall be deemed cancelled with immediate effect and Royal Enfield shall be free to sell the Motorcycle to any other customer.
(b) Any cancellation by the Customer, after payment of Booking Fees, shall be governed by the applicable cancellation policy of the Royal Enfield dealer with whom the booking is made.
(c) With reference to Clause 3 (m) above, if Royal Enfield dealer fails to deliver the Motorcycle within the stipulated time period, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and Royal Enfield and its dealer’s sole liability towards the Customer shall be to refund the amount received from the Customer towards purchase of Motorcycle.
(d) Customer will not be eligible to cancel a booking once the full price of the Motorcycle has been paid.

(b) These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of the same shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Chennai will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute relating to the foregoing.
