Royal Enfield is showcasing the Himalayan for the first time in Indonesia. It was formally announced and introduced at the opening day of 2016 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show at the Royal Enfield booth. Royal Enfield Himalayan is powered by a 411cc single cylinder, 4 stroke SOHC engine offering 24.5 bhp power at 6,500 rpm and 32 Nm torque at 4,000-4,500 rpm mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The bike weighs 182 kgs and is fitted with a fuel tank of 15-liter capacity. It sits on wheels measuring 21” in diameter front and 17” in diameter at the rear making sure it is capable enough to tackle all sorts of terrain.
