A ride along the west coast of India to the largest gathering of Royal Enfields in the world to spend a week curated specifically for Royal Enfield owners from across the world, complete with music, art, beaches and motorcycles is sure to fill your fun quotient. Royal Enfield Rider Mania, over the years, have brought motorcycle enthusiasts from across the globe together at India’s favourite beach destination - Goa.

Registration

  • We will only be able to accommodate limited number of participants on the ride and this will be done on a first come- first serve basis.
  • Registration fee for Rider: 800 USD
  • Registration fee for Pillion: 600 USD
  • The candidate is confirmed only after their name appears on the Royal Enfield website, after payment is made and due documents are processed. Further to this, there will be a gear and motorcycle scrutiny conducted one day before the ride which is mandatory.
  • Registration can be done by filling up the form online and making an online payment.
  • Royal Enfield Global Village ride will last over 3 days with roughly 400 kms of riding. The ride will start in the city of Mumbai and traverse through some pristine coastal routes along the western ghats of India. The riding terrain and changes in weather ensure that the physical conditioning of the rider is tested immensely.

What is included?

  • Access to all 3 days at Rider Mania
  • Lodging and boarding arrangements are on a twin sharing – 'bed and breakfast' format. Dinner is also included in places except in Mumbai and Goa
  • Airport transfers in Mumbai and in Goa
  • Renting of a Royal Enfield motorcycle for the trip exclusive of fuel for the trip distance
  • Technical support for motorcycles
  • Services of a certified doctor for the duration of the trip

What is not included?
  • Riders will be responsible for paying for their own meals (excluding the ones mentioned in the itinerary) and snacks and anything else not listed as included in the package. Flights tickets to and fro from Mumbai & Goa are not included in the package.
  • Driving License:
    Riders should have a valid driving license permitted to ride a geared motorcycle in his/her domestic country.
  • International Driving Permit:
    Riders should have a valid driving license in his/her domestic country and get an International Driving Permit from the concerned authority in your domestic country.
  • Medical Insurance:
    Personal Medical Insurance (Mediclaim) is mandatory and should be valid in the country the ride is taking place in and should be valid for the duration of the trip. A medical insurance which covers hospitalisation in case of accidents in India is a mandate.
  • Passport:
    Passports are a mandatory for the duration of the trip and will have to be carried on yourselves. We insist that the passport is valid more than 6 months from the last date of the ride.
  • Visa:
    A valid visa to India needs to be carried at all times.
  • There is a lot of advance planning that goes into this trip and based on a participant's confirmation, others might have to be turned down and hence, we will not be in a position to refund the registration amount if you wish to not participate.
  • In the event of the cancellation or postponement of the ride due to logistics, Royal Enfield shall refund only the registration amount to the participant and not any other expenses incurred by the participant.
  • Helmets
    Bring a well-fitting full face helmet which is lightweight and provides proper ventilation. Also, carry 2 visors, a tinted one to protect from the harsh sun during the day and a clear one for low visibility situations.
  • Neck Protection
    To keep your neck warm and covered, use multi-utility headgear which can be used even as a scarf or a balaclava.
  • Riding Jacket
    For this ride, wear a jacket that offers good protection from impact and abrasion and is adaptable to the ever-changing weather conditions of the Sahyadris.
    Also, pick a jacket which has enough warm layers to keep you cozy in the cold; and is water-resistant and breathable to keep you dry.
  • Riding Gloves
    Opt for good fitting protective gloves, which keep your hands protected. Also, carry two pairs of gloves, in case your primary pair of gloves gets wet.
  • Riding Pants
    Depending on your preference, go for riding pants with built-in weather-proof layers or combine your own rain and winter gear with a protective outer shell.
  • Riding Boots
    Select a pair of performance boots that are comfortable to wear through the day and will keep you safe on or off the saddle.
