The registration fee includes:

● Dual Occupancy Accommodation with Breakfast and Dinner at all places as specified
● Required permit fees for ACAP and TIMS card for entry into Upper Mustang.
● Facility of a technician for motorcycle maintenance.
● Facility of a luggage van to carry each individual’s luggage from origin to destination every day.
● Use of the all new Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle for the duration of the ride.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

1. Riders will be responsible for paying for their own meals, snacks and anything else not listed as included in the package.
2. Travel to & from Nepal inclusive of visa fees are not included in the price of registration.
3. Fuel for your motorcycle for the duration of the ride.

Accommodation

Due to the remoteness of the region, we will be riding in, our accommodation options are fairly basic but comfortable and hygienic. We will be providing a Double Occupancy room for each participant.

Motorcycle & Fuel

We will be using the all new Royal Enfield Himalayan for the tour. Fuel for the distance of the ride is NOT included in the registration cost. While minor repairs to parts of the motorcycle will be covered for you by Royal Enfield, any major damage to the motorcycle on the ride will have to be borne by the participant. Severity of the said damage will be determined by the Royal Enfield Ride Leads with you.

Equipment

You can bring in all your electronic equipment/cameras as per your requirement for the ride. 

Riding Gear

 1.DOT, ECE 2205, NTC 4533 or equivalent approved Full face OR Modular helmet that also fits right (right size)

2. Boots: Riding Boots

3. Jacket: All weather riding jacket with armor.

4. Pants: Riding pants.

5. Riding Gloves: Snug fitting protective riding gloves

Weather

Temperatures will range from 15-30 degrees Celsius. In the mountains, it can rain anytime and get wet & windy at certain parts of the route. We strongly advise carrying adequate  rain protection with you to protect you and your gear while riding. Windchill will be expected to set in by evenings and the nights may get pretty. Prolonged exposure to the elements without adequate protection is unadvisable.

Currency & Money Withdrawal

 ●     Nepalese Rupee (NPR) to be carried for your personal expenses on the trip.

●     There will be limited places accepting credit cards in the higher reaches.

●     We suggest you carry adequate Nepalese Currency in advance.

●     Please check if your debit cards are valid to be used internationally.

●     We advise all currency exchanges to be done in Kathmandu upon landing in Nepal. 

Other Points to Note

●     Food options get limited as we go deeper into the mountains.

●     Most popular dishes are simple Rice & lentil soup.

●     Non vegetarian dishes will also be available along the way.

●     All communication & briefings during the ride would be in English.

SERVICE

Service Back-Up – we will have a mechanic travelling along with some basic spares. If needed, parts may be replaced and the rider will be charged for the same. We will do our best to help with the motorcycle, but each rider is responsible for bringing their motorcycle home.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION

There are only a limited number of participants allowed on the ride. Royal Enfield reserves the right to decline any registration at their discretion. The candidate is confirmed after the payment is completed and due documents are processed and approved by the Rides Team at Royal Enfield. Further to this there will be a gear and document scrutiny conducted on the date of the check-in which is mandatory. Registrations once confirmed, will be non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
