    • Freight: Secondary transportation freight to be taken up with each and every point with the transporter by the negotiated pricing as done with the DCD and need to implement the same in pan India.
    • F forms : Since all the vehicles/helmets are on stock transfer mode in our business so need to send the Form F for the respective consignments on monthly basis, this need to be monitored very closely, as this may lead to the effect on the assessment of both the states.

    • As the Member of Rides and Communities Excellence, you will be measured on OTIF delivery on various goals and performance indicators. These will depend on the focus area for the year. Overall success of your role will depend on the following measures but not limited to:
    • Expansion of the riding segment and share of Royal Enfield
    • OTIF delivery on various rides and events
    • Ensuring effective planning & delivery of training
    • Managing allocated geography effectively

    Key Responsibilities
    • You will own the existing “ride” and “ride-more” (branded) events/ rides end to end and ensure seamless execution as per the OTIF measures
    • You will be managing the allocated geography and resources.
    • You will be responsible to keep yourself fit as per the pre-defined fitness parameters for the team.
    • You will be responsible to plan & execute trainings of systems and processes for RE business partners.
    • You will develop SOPs and project plans for ongoing implementation;
    • You will define the proof of concept for ride, ride more activities and events and create the SOPs and guidelines; You will also review and update these SOPs at regular intervals to ensure relevance
    • You will create briefs for all the events including the nature of ride, plan, target group, timelines and other details required for execution
    • You will provide the brief for the event to the content and digital teams across the all the three phase i.e. pre-ride, rides for ensuring master creative design while seeking inputs from all relevant stakeholders, You will partner with various teams for ensuring OTIF creation and dissemination of content;
    • You will prepare the revenue expenditure for the ride/ event including a detailed recce, estimate supported by quotations and pre-bookings are healthy practices for further approvals
    • You will ensure landing of SOPs to the user groups/ stakeholders and ensure implementation in line with the guidelines and norms
    • You will review the effectiveness of various ride and ride more events and ensure continuous improvement to provide a better experience to the riders
    • You will provide inputs to Head R&C for budget creation and track the budget on an ongoing
