    • Technical support (TS) team member will take the ownership for the given regions .He/She will support the field Territory Service Manager and the dealership staff on any product issue .Ensure the technical improvement, SOP, SB etc.. of any sort reaches the respective dealerships. He will be the single point contact between field and plant.
    • The TS will provide the technical guidance to field team and dealerships staff on any product/bike issues, Recall coordination, creating of SB, coordinating with Quality Assurance for driving the product improvement .Work with the stakeholders and monitor on the implemented action at the field and right time feedback to plant is given for immediate action.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
    • 1. Field technical report :
    • The issue observed on the bike by the dealer, He will communicate through the technical report called (FFFIR), Based on the criticality and importance of the issue, The TS will thoroughly scrutinize the issue and take up with Quality Assurance for corrective action.Also watch the warranty failure trend, pick up the issue or failure based on the warranty failure and alert the plant for actions.
    • 2. Service bulletin creation:
    • Based on the complaint trend either from FFFIR, Warranty failure etc.. , With this input the plant will take the corrective action on design level.
    • The modification done at the plant level on the product for improvement or value engineering , to be communicates to field in understandable format with entire technical explanation
    • 3.Field visit on analysis:
    • Any critical issue raised by the field or the field unable to solve the issue or the plant want to inspect the new issues raised in field , then TS will have to arrange the joint visit along with the QA and plant QC to understand and solve the issue
    • 4. Field support:
    • Any issue faced by the dealer team , it has to solve through on call or video chat or sharing the relevant measurement or sop or guidance for reaching the solution

    • TS will be measured on OTIF delivery on various goals and performance indicators. These will depend on the focus area for the year. Overall success of TS role will depend on the following measures but not limited to:
