    • Brief description on the context and purpose of the role
    • Will be incharge of handling vendor reconciliations , assessment / audit requirements , Review of statutory deductions compliance, Implement the Internal order monitoring process
    Key Responsibilities
    • -Preparation of plan to cover the vendor reconciliation based on ABC analysis
    • -Completion of reconciliations as per the monthly targets
    • -Obtaining confirmation from vendors for the reconciliation and following up to ensure open points are closed by vendor in his books.
    • -SPOC for all audit related requirements like Statutory Audit , Tax Audit, Internal Audit etc.,
    • -SPOC for Assessment related requirements
    • -Performing test checks and validations to ensure compliance with statutory provisions like TDS , RCM on a Monthly basis
    • -To work as team member in monitoring Budgets/ Internal Order process

    Role context and purpose
    • Royal Enfield is establishing a new business vertical – Vintage – for the pre-owned motorcycles business . The major key offerings thru this business initiative would be: Pre-Owned, Refurbished, Restored – RE dealers will facilitate the business of procurement, refurbishment, sale, etc of RE motorcycles from the customers. This business will also support Royal Enfield and its dealers to
    • The Area Managers should closely work with the dealers and their team to achieve the goals, training the team, customer feedback, etc. Increase the network presence across the country.
    Key Responsibilities
    • 1.Ensure the Vintage dealers do the business as per the company guidelines, standards, etc
    • 2.Ensure the dealers team is trained and equipped enough to procure RE pre-owned motorcycles
    • 3.Ensure the dealers team is trained and equipped enough to refurbish, sell them
    • 4.Ensure the dealers retail the pre-owned motorcycles as per the guideline prices
    • 5.Ensure the dealers update the price matrix on a weekly basis
    • 6.To bring in market intelligence, data base building, data maintenance
    • 7.To ensure the dealers meet the monthly business target
    • 8.To ensure customer satisfaction thru proper delivery commitment
    • 9.To ensure the dealers team is equipped enough to handle the complete journey cycle, enquiry to delivery with regard to retail and procurement also.
